Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time), except public holidays, free call from regions of RussiaOlga Kraynova, Head of the Ombudsman for financial services consumers support Service (OFSC), and Denis Mikhailov, Head of the Moscow Governmental Institution “Moscow Financial Agency”, have signed a cooperation agreement.
Olga Kraynova noted on the occasion: “The agreement is certain to enable the implementation of the action plan aimed at improving financial literacy and formation of financial culture among Moscow residents – consumers of financial services.”
“The signed document stipulates participation of representatives of the OFSC in thematic educational activities of the Financial Literacy Centre of the Moscow Finance Department in order to properly inform the capital’s residents about the institution of the Financial Ombudsman and the mandatory procedure for out-of-court dispute resolution between consumers of financial services and financial institutions,” she added.
Moscow Financial Agency is subordinated to the Moscow Department of Finance. The Financial Literacy Centre has been established on the basis of the Moscow Finance Agency to implement the tasks set.
