The Ombudsman for financial services consumers support Service (OFSC) has implemented an API service for financial institutions
The Ombudsman for financial services consumers support Service (OFSC) has implemented an additional service for the Personal Account of a financial institution – the API, allowing a direct automatic exchange of data between information systems of financial institutions and the information data system of the OFSC.
The service has been implemented as part of the automated information data system «Interaction» after taking into consideration the proposals of financial institutions.
The service has been tested with the participation of SOGAZ, AlfaStrakhovanie, MAKS, RESO-Guarantee and Ingosstrakh, who had previously agreed to the testing. Upon completion of testing, the API service is put into operation by the OFSC.
