Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time), except public holidays, free call from regions of RussiaThe Ombudsman for financial services consumers support Service (OFSC) and the Multifunctional Centre for Providing State and Municipal Services (MFC) of the Tambov Region have signed an agreement on interaction.
The document was signed by Olga Kraynova, Head of the OFSC, and Irina Kochurova, Head of the Authorised MFC in the Tambov Region.
According to Olga Kraynova, with the agreement entering into force, the consumers of financial services will enjoy a convenient and familiar way to appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service through the reception windows in any multifunctional centre of the Tambov region. She also noted that under the signed document, the OFSC had conducted appropriate trainings for the MFC staff.
Olga Kraynova stressed that active cooperation with the governments of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and authorised MFCs of the regions will be continued in 2025.
Earlier, Chief Financial Ombudsman Yury Voronin and Tambov Region Governor Maxim Egorov signed an agreement on interaction.
The signed document will considerably simplify access to knowledge and practical skills for the Tambov Region residents enabling them to have their rights and legal interests protected in case of property disputes with financial institutions.
