Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time), except public holidays, free call from regions of RussiaResidents of the Tula Region will now have the opportunity to appeal to the Financial Ombudsman through any regional branch of Multifunctional Centre for the Provision of State and Municipal Services (MFC).
This has been made possible thanks to an agreement on interaction, which was concluded by the Ombudsman for financial services consumers support Service (OFSC) and the authorised MFC of the Tula Region.
The document was signed by Olga Kraуnova, Head of OFSC, and Ekaterina Soltanova, Director of the Tula Region’s MFC.
As Olga Kraуnova stressed, “it is of utter importance for us that consumers of financial services should be able to appeal to the Financial Ombudsman in a familiar and convenient way.” She also pointed out that consumers of financial services have an opportunity to send an appeal electronically on the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) official website, on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, or by regular mail.
Olga Kraуnova expressed full confidence that cooperation with the governments of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and authorised regional MFCs would be continued.
