Ombudsman for financial services consumers support Service (OFSC) is a standalone non-profit organization established by the Bank of Russia.
The OFSC was registered on October 16, 2018.
The OFSC manages the fund for financing the activities of the Financial Ombudsman and prepares complaints of consumers of financial services for review by the Financial Ombudsman.
Olga Kraynova was appointed the head of the OFSC by the decision of the Chairman of the Bank of Russia.
